Go to the Equifax website
Open your browser and go to equifax.com.au. Look for the button that says "Get my free credit score" or "My Credit File" at the top of the page.

Create a free account (or log in)
Click "Register" or "Sign Up". You'll need your full name, date of birth, address, and a government ID (driver's licence or passport). It takes about 3 minutes.
💡 Tip: Use your full legal name exactly as it appears on your licence

Request your credit report
Once logged in, go to "My Credit File" then click "Download my credit report". Choose the full report (not just the score summary).

Download and upload here
Save the file as a PDF. Then come back here and drop it into the Equifax upload box below.
✅ The report will be a PDF — usually 5–20 pages long

Go to Credit Simple (illion's free portal)
Open creditsimple.com.au — this is illion's free consumer credit portal. Click "Get started for free".

Create your free account
Sign up with your email, name, and date of birth. You'll need to verify your identity with your licence or passport number. This is standard — it's how they confirm it's really you.
💡 Tip: If it asks for an "illion account", that's the same as Credit Simple

Download the full report
Once logged in, find the "Credit Report" tab and click "Download full report". Make sure you download the full report, not just the score page.

Upload it here
Come back and drop the PDF into the illion upload box below.
✅ illion reports are usually 3–10 pages — that's normal

Go to Experian Australia
Visit experian.com.au and click "Get your free credit report". You're entitled to one free report per year by law.

Register for a free account
Enter your name, email, date of birth, and address. You'll verify your identity via your licence or passport. The process takes around 3–5 minutes.
💡 Tip: Use the same address as what's on your licence for a smoother verification

Request and download your report
Once inside, click "View my credit report" then "Download PDF". Experian reports can be longer — that's perfectly fine, upload the whole thing.
