CreditLift is an Australian credit file specialist, founded in Melbourne. Our team has a wealth of experience in the credit reporting space and a genuine passion for helping people understand where they stand and what may be possible.
We work alongside people who have been declined for finance, are unsure what is on their credit file, or have been told to simply wait, and want to understand whether there is actually something that can be done.
We are not a law firm. We do not give legal advice. What we do is review credit files across Australia's three major credit reporting bureaus, identify listings that may be incorrect, non-compliant or worth formally challenging, and manage that process on behalf of our clients.
"Most people come to us not knowing what is on their file. They leave knowing exactly where they stand and what, if anything, can be done about it."
The Australian credit reporting system is not designed to be easy to navigate. Credit providers, bureaus and lenders each operate within their own processes, and the responsibility for identifying errors and pursuing corrections falls entirely on the individual. For most people, that is an unfamiliar and time-consuming process with no clear entry point.
CreditLift sits between the individual and that system. We understand how credit reporting works in practice, what the relevant rules and timelines look like, and how to communicate effectively with the parties involved.
We work across defaults, court judgments, credit enquiries, late repayment listings and non-compliant entries, covering Equifax, illion and Experian. Every case is reviewed individually, because no two credit files are the same.
We do not promise outcomes. Credit repair involves real processes with real timelines, and anyone who guarantees results before seeing a file is not being honest with you. What we do promise is a thorough review, clear communication and a genuine effort on behalf of every client we take on.
If you have questions about your credit file or want to understand what options may be available to you, a consultation is a reasonable place to start. It is free, there is no obligation, and it takes less time than another declined application.
